This was awkward.

Joe Biden on Wednesday delivered remarks from the Rose Garden to celebrate the Americans with Disabilities Act and mark Disability Pride Month.

Dr. Jill had to tell Joe Biden where to go after his remarks because he always gets lost.

Biden asked his handler, caretaker and wife where to go after his Rose Garden speech.

He’s completely shot.

“You go down this way,” Dr. Jill said to her invalid husband.

Biden still looked confused and wandered around.

Joe Biden is rapidly declining as he approaches his 80th birthday.

Earlier Wednesday Biden slurred and mumbled his way through his speech at a White House conference on hunger, nutrition and health.

At one point Joe Biden asked, “Jackie are you here? Where’s Jackie?” referring to GOP Rep. Jackie Walorski who recently died in a car accident.
