WATCH: President Trump Smacks Down Leftist ‘Reporter’ with a Simple Reminder After Media Hack Asks a Dumb Question Regarding Him ‘Targeting’ People

A leftist reporter found out the hard way President Trump is not someone you ever want to try to trick with a gotcha question as he was thoroughly humiliated at the White House on Tuesday.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Trump signed a memo which took away the security clearances for employees working for Covington & Burling. This is the same the DC law firm that recently gave former special counsel Jack Smith over $100,000 in pro bono legal services.

Among those who lost clearances were Peter Koski, the former deputy chief of the Justice Department’s public integrity section and Covington vice chair Lanny Breuer, who helped lead the Justice Department’s criminal division under Barack Obama. Breuer had recruited Smith in 2010 to head up DOJ’s Public Integrity Section.

During a briefing in the Oval Office where Trump signed the memo and more executive orders, one leftist ‘reporter’ decided to confront the president and entrap him with a leading question.

He demanded Trump respond to individuals ‘concerned’ over him targeting individuals with executive orders. Did this reporter forget the person he was talking to and what Smith tried to do to him?

“Mr. President, what do you say to people worrying that targeting an individual firm or individuals, who you know, aren’t Jack Smith for his action?” the reporter began to ask.

Trump quickly shut down the liberal hack with a simple reminder: no person has been more victimized by government bullying than him.

“Excuse me, I’ve been targeted for four years…So you don’t tell me about targeting” Trump fired back. “I was the target of corrupt politicians for four years and then four years after that.”

“So don’t talk to me about targeting.”

Any fair-minded person would have known better than to come at Trump like this along with understanding his history with the so-called justice system. But America has some the most unprepared and biased reporters on the planet.

While this sometimes provides entertaining moments, having such individuals covering politics speaks poorly of the state of journalism in America.
