LOL! “Merchant of Death” Viktor Bout Says Biden Trading Him for Brittney Griner Was “Literally Some Kind of Insult” – Biden Had “No Choice” Because She is Black and Lesbian (VIDEO)

Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout described his 2022 prisoner exchange for WNBA player Brittney Griner as “literally” an “insult,” saying that Biden had no choice politically because she was a black lesbian. 

Griner is known for perhaps the worst trade in the history of sports and the history of the United States when Joe Biden infamously traded Russia the “Merchant of Death,” Viktor Bout, for WNBA pot-smoking star Brittney Griner.

It can be recalled that Griner was found guilty of drug smuggling with criminal intent and sentenced to nine years in prison in a Russian court in August 2022 after bringing her weed into the country. Bout was released from an American prison in December 2022 in exchange for Griner’s freedom.

After the deal, Bout was reportedly back in business, caught selling $10 million in arms to Houthi rebels in Yemen in 2024.

Bout joined Tucker Carlson’s podcast from Moscow on Tuesday to discuss the Russia-Ukraine war and looming escalations.

During the interview, Carlson asked Bout for his take on Biden’s failed 2022 prisoner swap, and he responded with fire.

“For me, this was literally some kind of insult,” Bout said, noting that he expected a much higher threshold to be met.

“At least they could exchange Paul Whelan, which I was expecting,” he added, referencing the US Marine who spent nearly six years in Russian prison during a 16-year sentence on false espionage charges. He was finally freed in 2024, nearly two years after Griner.

“This maybe was [the] only choice, and this is why: She was black, she was a lesbian, and she was a basketball fans. If not for NBA fans, who put a lot of pressure for Biden administration— ESPN was running every day a kind of this stunt to, you know, call attention that Brittney Griner is still in Russian prison for almost nothing, for some, you know, a small quantity of CBD oil, which is forbidden in Russia, so they put a lot of pressure,” Bout continued.

“So Biden the administration, because they are succumbed to the LGBT agenda, and they need to bring, you know, them in front of center. Their, you know, attention and policy was forced by this kind of activism.”

He further said the Democrats put themselves in a position where “you can’t even move, you can’t do nothing” because they bowed down to the LGBTQ mafia, adding, “you better do what they want, you have no choice.”

“For me, it was clear when, you know, this started, basically, of course, negotiations protracted, but well, I can’t complain, you know? I’m thankful that my government decided to bring me back,” he added.
