Daniel Barr, who works for DNC law firm Perkins Coie will reportedly become Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes’ new Chief Deputy AG to enforce her woke, radical agenda.

Questions remain about the election and the legitimacy of the Mayes administration.

Barr represented Kris Mayes in Abe Hamadeh’s Mohave County Superior Court lawsuit, contesting the Midterm Election in Maricopa County. Kris Mayes was declared the winner against Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes in the race for Arizona’s Attorney General.

Abe’s race against radical leftist Kris Mayes was initially called by just 511 out of over 2.5 million votes. However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, a significant miscount of votes in rural Pinal County discovered hundreds of new votes for Hamadeh.

The Gateway Pundit reported that on Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates. County Elections officials failed to give an adequate explanation of these failures and seemingly lied under oath in Kari Lake’s recent trial. This and other election catastrophes in Maricopa County possibly stole the election from Abe Hamadeh and Kari Lake.

Who knows what an objective examination of ballots in Maricopa County might find?

Barr is also facing questions over his time working with Kris Mayes and representing her in the lawsuit.

AZ Law reported,

Although there has not yet been an official announcement, Arizona’s Law can confirm that experienced litigator Dan Barr will become the Chief Deputy AG in new Attorney General Kris Mayes’s office. Barr today filed a notice of withdrawal from representing private citizen Mayes in the Abe Hamadeh Election Contest in Mohave County.

Barr has been practicing at Perkins Coie, and litigating cases in the area of civil litigation involving constitutional, employment, media and political law issues. He has practiced law for more than 30 years, and also represents the First Amendment Coalition of Arizona and several news media organizations.

Barr tells Arizona’s Law that he will start on the 17th, and that he’s making the move “to make a difference” in our state.

Former Assistant Arizona Attorney General and head of the Election Integrity Unit Jennifer Wright sounded the alarm on a possible law violation.

Wright alleges that “DNC attorney [Marc] Elias’s former colleague,” Daniel Barr, has been “conducting business on behalf of the AG” while representing Kris Mayes as a private citizen in Abe Hamadeh’s lawsuit.

Wright: It looks like DNC attorney Elias’s former colleague is moving into the AG’s office. I wonder how long Barr plans to be “of counsel” in defiance of state law?

I heard Barr already has an official email address at the AG’s office.

If Barr hasn’t started conducting business on behalf of the AG, why would he have an AG email address?

“Which came first? The AG email address or the Motion to Withdraw? Notably, the Motion to Withdraw isn’t in the public docket in the Mayes election contest,” Wright said in another tweet.

Wright said that she emailed Barr at his official email address, and it did not bounce back. She suggested that Mayes would probably not wait until January 17th to start working with her Chief Deputy.

Wright provided receipts of her email to Barr here.

Wright: Funny, I just email [email protected] – it didn’t bounce. I emailed my old email and it did bounce as invalid. Who’s grasping at straws?

Some seem to be suggesting that Mayes is working her first 15 days in office without any support from her Chief Deputy… Things than make you go hmmm…

“The corruption in Arizona is going to go into hyperdrive,” Kari Lake responded to this shocking revelation.
