Nurse Jill traveled to South and Central America on Thursday to emphasize the US’s commitment to the region.

Jill Biden kicked off her tour in Ecuador on Thursday and will depart on Friday to visit Panama and Costa Rica.

Jill Biden wasted no time pandering to the “LatinX” community and attempted to speak Spanish during remarks in Ecuador.
