68-year-old Madonna performed at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday evening and she left fans wondering if she was wearing a diaper.

Madonna won seven awards out of the eleven nominations:

• Artist of the Year

• Best Collaboration

• Best Dance

• Best Album

• Best Choreography

• Best Cinematography

• Best Long Form Video

The aging pop singer performed “Bring Your Love” with Sabrina Carpenter and later sang with Charli XCX.

Viewers were disturbed by Madonna’s bizarre outfit.

“Madonna, who is like 70, is dancing around with some sort of giant contraption in her ass,” Dave Portnoy said. “It’s disturbing… what is going on with those pants? You’re 70!”
