BREAKING: Active Shooter at Arkansas Hospital, At Least One Person Dead

Law enforcement is currently responding to a reported active shooter situation at the St. Vincent North Hospital, in Sherwood, Arkansas.

At least one person is dead, according to a report from BNO News.

KARK reporter Mitchell McCoy confirmed that officers found one person dead and that a suspect was taken into custody. The BNO report says that the person of interest was picked up in Little Rock, a bit south of the hospital. It is unclear if that person was the suspected shooter or believed to be an accomplice.

Special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in New Orleans are also on the scene, the agency announced in a tweet.

Local witnesses also reported seeing the FBI at the hospital.

Early reports indicate that there are multiple people injured inside the building, but the Gateway Pundit has not been able to independently verify the information at this time.
