Attempted Leftist Coup in Poland Update: Hero Polish President Turns Plane Around, Flies Back to Warsaw, Fights His Way Through Police Line, and Enters Constitutional Tribunal – Updates

Here’s the latest on the coup-d-etat by leftist President Donald Tusk in Poland.

Hero Polish President Karol Nawrocki turned the presidential plane around over Spain and flew back to Poland during the crisis. He fought through lines of police outside the Constitutional Tribunal and went INSIDE the country’s highest constitutional court to restore order!

A political and constitutional crisis unfolded at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny) in Warsaw on Friday evening. Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska (aligned with the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk) announced the suspension of the tribunal’s president, Bogdan Święczkowski, and his deputy, and claimed interim control. The existing leadership and the right-wing opposition (including Law and Justice/PiS) rejected this, calling it a “coup d’état.”

According to reports, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska did not have the legal authority to do this.

Critics (including lawyers quoted in Polish media such as Rzeczpospolita) argued this lacks a clear legal basis: the proper procedure for suspending the TK president is reserved to the General Assembly of TK judges, a single judge cannot unilaterally do so, and the ordinary-courts provision does not cleanly transfer to the Constitutional Tribunal.

That’s why the event was labeled a coup by the Polish people.

On Friday night, Polish people sang “Rota,” a historic Polish patriotic anthem, outside the Constitutional Tribunal.

The people are rising up against the globalist President Donald Tusk.

Filip Styczynski released this video from Poland on the biggest crisis in Poland since the uprising in 1981.

MP Jablonski called out to the free world saying, “What is happening in Poland tonight, may soon be happening also in other countries – this left-wing liberal globalists, they want to do it the same in France in Italy, in USA, in the UK in Germany – all across the world, so please, remain with us, stay with us.”

Democrats are threatening the same hell on Americans if they win the midterm elections next week.

“Imagine if Democrats won Congress, declared the Supreme Court didn’t count anymore, ignored its rulings for 3 years, and then, a year before the next election, picked 8 new justices of their own, including a man their leader called his “right-hand man,” and when the Republican president refused to swear them in, they swore themselves in and mailed him the paperwork, and when the Chief Justice said that wasn’t legal and wouldn’t seat them, they waited for a Friday night when the president was on a plane to Africa and had federal security officers who answer to a Democratic cabinet member walk 7 of them into the court through a back gate connected to the Democratic leader’s own offices, where one of them announced she had “suspended” the Chief Justice, a move that even a law professor who openly can’t stand him said had no legal basis, and then riot police blocked the Chief Justice from entering his own court, the court’s website was taken over, the Attorney General moved that same night to strip his immunity so he could be prosecuted, the president had to turn his plane around mid-flight to come home, and the same people who spent years lecturing everyone about respecting the courts went online to say this was the rule of law, that it was painful, and that there was “no other way,” which is roughly where Poland is tonight.”
