Another Bogus Democrat Scandal Comes Crashing Down!

On Thursday, Judge Boasberg held a hearing in the frivolous lawsuit filed against Trump Administration officials for their use of the double-encrypted app Signal.

As previously reported, the left-wing watchdog group American Oversight filed a lawsuit against John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, and others, claiming their use of the Signal app violates the Presidential Records Act.

American Oversight boasts about its ‘activist litigation’ targeting Republican interests, especially the Trump Administration.

Now they’re suing Trump officials for using Signal to communicate about ‘military actions.’

According to Jeffrey Goldberg, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Vice President JD Vance were in a Signal group called “Houthi PC small group,” discussing plans in Yemen.

Of course, the fake news legacy media is loving this latest anti-Trump non-scandal.  And, once again, like Judge Boasberg, they are not being honest with the American public.

First of all, Joe Biden’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Avril Haines used Signal “all the time and on her personal phone” according to multiple career intelligence staff.

The Washington Reporter broke this story on Thursday.

We also know the Biden regime authorized Signal as a means of communication that was consistent with presidential recordkeeping requirements for its administration.

And, this carried into the Trump administration.

And, we also know that the Biden regime used Signal to coordinate with Big Tech to crack down on free speech in America and censor conservative outlets like The Gateway Pundit.

Judge Boasberg has no case. He only wants to destroy President Trump and bring down America in the process. That’s all.
