BREAKING: Flavio Bolsonaro Calls for Election to be “Annulled” – Extending Voting Hours Has NEVER Happened Before in Brazil’s History!

Conservative Flavio Bolsonaro called for Sunday’s presidential results to be annulled in Brazil.

This comes after socialist tyrant Lula da Silva callled his personal attorney and Brazilian Justice Christiano Zanin to hold the polls open for two extra hours. Lula arrested the former pro-American leader Jair Bolsonaro following the previous election and is still persecuting the man – like a typical communist.

Flavio Bolsonaro was predicted to win on EVERY single polling aggregator in the country.

Flavio Bolsonaro spoke out after the results were called. He called the results INVALID and stated Lula stole the election from him.

Flavio Bolsonaro: “What happened today was not something normal. In fact, it was something unacceptable. At 5:01 pm, Justice Zanin makes a decision extending the election hours by 2 hours. This has never happened before in the history of Brazil… A Supreme Court justice, for the first time in history—Lula’s former lawyer—issued a unilateral decree at the request of a former law partner of his, and changed the rules of the game in the middle of the game!… At 5:01 PM, Justice Zanin—who is not part of the Superior Electoral Court—trampling over the specialized electoral court, made a decision extending voting by two hours. This had never happened in the history of Brazil!”

HOLY CRAP! A defiant Flavio Bolsonaro just walked out and declared THE RESULTS ARE INVALID after Lula STOLE it from him — BOLSONARO IS MOVING TO ANUL THE RESULTS.

“It is impossible—it is IMPOSSIBLE—to recognize the election results in the context of how these things happened. We are going to use our legal team; we are going to ask for the annulment of these elections!”

“I will never know, in a state where the polling stations were not reopened, how many votes I could have received.”

The The president of Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court, Judge Kassio Nunes Marques, has just issued a devastating warning:
There was absolutely no rule that allowed extending the voting by two hours.

It was an unprecedented order from a Supreme Court magistrate allied with Lula, which ended up benefiting his regions.

He also warned that it was materially impossible, in just a few hours, to guarantee that a judicial decision of that magnitude would not cause side effects—especially technological ones—capable of significantly altering the vote count.

ÚLTIMA HORA | El presidente del Tribunal Superior Electoral de Brasil, el juez Kassio Nunes Marques, acaba de lanzar una advertencia demoledora:
No existía absolutamente ninguna regla que permitiera extender la votación dos horas. Fue una orden sin precedentes de un magistrado del Supremo aliado de Lula, que terminó beneficiando a sus regiones.
La decisión preliminar, dictada después del cierre de las urnas, generó graves dificultades en el proceso electoral. “No había regulaciones que autorizaran ninguna extensión”, afirmó Nunes Marques.
Y lo dijo con claridad histórica:
“Nunca, en toda la historia del TSE, ha habido una extensión.”
También advirtió que era materialmente imposible, en pocas horas, garantizar que una decisión judicial de ese calibre no provocara efectos secundarios —especialmente tecnológicos— capaces de alterar de forma significativa el conteo de votos.
Y remató con un recordatorio contundente al Supremo: la Constitución atribuye competencia exclusiva a la Justicia Electoral para dirigir el proceso electoral. No al STF.

The Brazilian Presidential Election is being held today in one of Latin America’s few remaining leftist controlled countries.

Socialist Lula da Silva is locked in a tight race with Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of former persecuted president Jair Bolsonaro.

Earlier today, President Lula da Silva’s “personal attorney” and Supreme Court Justice Christiano Justin extended election hours after complaints by Lula!

They call Justice Cristiano Zanin “Lula’s justice” (or “ministro do Lula”) because he was Lula’s personal lawyer who successfully defended him in the Lava Jato cases, and Lula later appointed him to Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court (STF).

Unbelievable!

Ballot counting in Brazil’s 2026 presidential runoff (Lula vs. Flávio Bolsonaro) was set to begin at 17:00 Brasília time (5 p.m. local) on October 25, when polls were originally scheduled to close.⁠Oglobo.globo

Brazil uses a unified Brasília schedule for elections, electronic voting machines transmit results quickly, and the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) typically starts publishing partial totals right after closing.

A last-minute Supreme Court decision by Justice Cristiano Zanin extended voting by two hours (until 19:00 Brasília) over transport and weather issues.
