Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas has triggered a whole bunch of lefties for simply writing a tweet about Christopher Columbus on Columbus Day.

When did it become controversial to celebrate Columbus Day and Christopher Columbus?

At some point in recent decades, the left decided that Columbus was an evil figure, who is responsible for the deaths of any native Americans who ever crossed paths with him. Of course, what it’s really about is their hatred of Western Civilization.

Guided by faith in Christ, our European ancestors came to the New World, settled wild lands, and built western civilization.
