New Footage Released Shows a Terrified Iryna Zarutska Looking Up in Horror and Suffering After Being Stabbed by Decarlos Brown (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

New footage released shows Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was fully aware and terrified as Decarlos Brown stabbed her to death.

The 23-year-old sobbed and suffered as she bled out.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr. murdered Iryna Zarutska last month by stabbing her multiple times on the Charlotte, North Carolina, light rail as bystanders did nothing.

Decarlos Brown Jr.’s criminal rap sheet, with arrests dating back to 2007.

Horrifying video of the senseless murder shows Zarutska seated on the Metro scrolling through her phone before Decarlos Brown begins stabbing her. Decarlos Brown then walks away, leaving a trail of blood.

New footage shows Iryna Zarutska did not die quickly. She looked up in horror as Decarlos stabbed her. She suffered until the end.

Not one passenger stepped in to help the Zarutska.

Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes released Decarlos Brown because he ‘promised’ to return to court.

Congressman Tim Moore called for the removal of Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes after she released Decarlos Brown.
